JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-11-2019 Mr. Sunil Kumar Karn, learned Advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, Buxar for payment of his admitted dues.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23370 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite several representations having been filed before various authorities, no effort has yet been made to even verify the claim of the petitioner.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Buxar within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of the same, shall verify the claim of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks and shall pass a reasoned order. If it is found that any amount is still due to the petitioner, he shall make arrangements for the same to be paid to the petitioner as early as possible preferably within the same period within which he has been directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.
