JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-09-2022 After some arguments having understood that this revision application would not be maintainable against an interim order, Mr. Jitendra Narain Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Since the main case is still pending, the petitioner may raise all such pleas which are available to him before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur.

At this stage, this Court has been informed that Maintenance Case No. 212 of 2015 is still pending, therefore this Court directs that the maintenance case itself be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
