The petitioner, who is in custody since 11.09.2019, seeks bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offence under Sections 188, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 and 30(A) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act , 2016.

266.700 ml. of liquor is said to have been recovered from a thatched enclosure in front of the house of the petitioner. The place from where recovery is said to have been made is accessible to all and sundry. The petitioner has

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cumSpecial Judge Excise Siteamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019.
