1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59836 of 2025 with respect to correction in the name of the father of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error on the part of the office of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the father's name of the petitioner has been typed as Ravindra Yadav instead of Vishwanath Yadav. Correct father's name of the petitioner is Vishwanath Yadav. The 'Vakalatnama' was filed by the Advocate Clerk and on the basis of father's name of the petitioner as Ravindra Yadav in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81004 of 2025(5) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 body of Vakalatnama, father name as Ravindra Yadav has been written by the Advocate Clerk.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the order dated 24.09.2025 is modified to the extent that father name of the petitioner shall be read as Vishwanath Yadav instead of Ravindra Yadav.

5. N.I.C. is directed to make necessary correction in the software.

6. Let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59836 of 2025 be extended by further four weeks from today.

7. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
