The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No.83 of 2019 registered under Sections 448, 341, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 19.03.2019, this petitioner along with Santosh Singh and Pistaul Singh, the co-villagers of the informant Santu Singh, without any cause, started to abuse to the informant. When the informant made protest, then they started to commit "Maar-Peet" with him. Thereafter, Ranjan Singh armed with Rami from behind came there and this petitioner through that Rami caused injury at the

On the alarm being raised by the informant, when the wife and the son of the informant came out of the house, then they were also assaulted. In that course, this petitioner snatched the gold chain from the neck of the wife of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to purchasing of she-Buffalo by the informant, the present occurrence took place between the parties. It would appear from the impugned order dated 03.10.2019 passed in A.B.P. No.2078 of 2019, whereby the prayer of the petitioner to grant him the privilege of pre-arrest bail was rejected by the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Bhojpur at Ara, that there is injury report of the informant and his wife in paragraphs-22 and 23 of the case diary but the nature of the injuries as sustained by them are not detailed in the impugned order. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur
