The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Madaura P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioners that they assaulted with sword and tangi on the informant and one
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26287 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 Ram Sundar Prasad causing injuries to them, which were found grievous in nature and dangerous to life, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
