2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 224 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from co-accused Ravi Kumar whereas Rs. 50,000/- is said to have been recovered from possession of the co-accused Ritesh Kumar.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered from his possession and is under custody since 15.07.2024. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84493 of 2024(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Ritesh Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 68333 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 224 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

6. Before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except Rajpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
