The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Atri P.S. Case No.105 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 366A and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report, allegation has been made that accused persons are involved in alluring the girl but after dis-apprearance of the girl after five days the dead body has been recovered from the well.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
