The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.486 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation the informant and his brother-in-law are merchants of ornaments and after selling the same they were coming by rickshaw, 2-3 persons came and intercepted them and started firing. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
