There is no dispute between the parties that petitioners' claim for being considered for appointment, in recognition of services rendered as 'Instructors' in the nonformal education scheme is untenable, in view of the judgment dated 05-07-2023, passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Civil Review No. 59 of 2018 (State of Bihar & Ors. Vs. Harendra Mishra & Ors.).

3. Writ petition is, thus, dismissed.
