The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 128 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 323, 327, 341, 387 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the first information report, which has been registered on a complaint having been referred to the police for investigation under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26355 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 128 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
