Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No.97 of 2017 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 447, 427, 379 IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70857 of 2019 and order dated 11.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50884 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72648 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No.97 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Ist, Jehanabad, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
