The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No.152 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 448, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

Allegedly, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the grandson of the informant, aged 7 years with rod and danda. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. There is no specific overt act against the

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that there is direct allegation against the petitioners to assault the minor grandson of the informant. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on their behalf is hereby rejected.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
