Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 1 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he obtained a job on the forged letter and worked for the period of five years and nine months.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that his service was satisfactory during the period of service and also the extended period and he is ready to face the consequences. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24062 of 2018 (2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
