The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that the District Education Officer, Patna has already passed an order dated 13.10.2020 in compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.06.2019 passed in CWJC No. 11337 of 2019.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 13.10.2020. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 4.

The petition stands disposed off.
