This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Kawakole P.S.Case No. 03 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, though there is allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, but she did not corroborate the allegation in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. As a matter of fact, she solemnized marriage with the petitioner and they have been blessed with a child. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the

1. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make available as and when required by the court.

2. If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, the prosecution will have liberty to file an application before the court below for cancellation of the bail of the petitioner and the learned court below will take decision in accordance with law.
