2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for directing the respondents authorities to make payment to the petitioner for the land sought to be acquired by the Land Acquisition Officer, West Champaran (R4) for the construction of the proposed NH-27AA/730 project (From Sevarhi to U.P.) at the present market price at which sale and purchase has been taking place in the vicinity as evident from an illustrative sale-deed dated 15.11.2022 (Annexure-P/3) and not at the rate

Patna High Court CWJC No.19249 of 2025(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 arbitrarily indicated in the notice issued to the petitioner and his family-members in L.A. Case No.5 of 2023-24; for payment of solatium, interest@9% & an additional compensation to the petitioner for the incidental damages suffered due to the acquisition including the price of the properties standing on the land-in-question; and for all other relief/s the petitioner is found entitled to in the given facts & circumstances of the case at hand."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for the redressal of the grievance.

4. If such petition is filed, the same has to be taken note of.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
