2. Petitioner apprehends bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 , 323 , 307, 447, 448 , 504, 506 and 34 of IPC and later on 302 was added and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . The prosecution case , in brief is that informant namely, Nanki devi alleged that on 08.01.2024 , when she was at shop, then all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came and started assaulting her and also fired upon her husband due to which he sustained firearm injuries. It is further alleged that on 19.11.2024, due to firearm injury, husband of informant died.
