Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that due to his negligence and rash driving, accident took place and nine persons had died in the accident.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that, as a matter of fact, a cow came in front of the bus and for saving the cow he has taken break and the bus fell down in a ditch and it was not intentional.
