2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed dacoity in the house of the informant and while retreating exploded bombs also.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. Petitioner is accused in 13 more cases of similar and serious nature. Petitioner is in jail since 03.08.2023.

5 Considering the criminal antecedents and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to

6. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
