The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 483 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29883 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 Code.

Considering the observations made by the learned Sessions Judge in the order dated 26.04.2018 passed in ABP No.63 of 2018 that there is case and counter case and all the injuries caused to the members of the prosecution party are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 483 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
