Four week's further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender in the Court below along with his wife in connection with Patliputra P.S. case no. 176 of 2016 pending in the court of learned ACJM-XII, Patna and in the event, if the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20289 of 2018(2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 finds that both are living happily and leading a good conjugal life in that event the petitioner will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned under order dated 6.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 25166 of 2017.
