JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sitamarhi P. S. Case No. 475 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 376, 511, 456, 341, 323 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner that he entered inside the house of the informant attempted to commit rape upon her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, there was some dues in the informant, for which, some hot altercation with her, due to that the present case has been lodged. Both the parties are neighbour. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70140 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P. S. Case No. 475 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
