The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pirpainti P. S. Case No.211 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 448, 427, 379, 307, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is case and counter case and all the injuries sustained by the members of the prosecution party are simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender
