2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 167 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that it is a case of elopement. The petitioner is in jail since 03.06.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
