2. Writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- (A). For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction for quashing the order dated 11.9.2024 passed in Appeal No. 92/2022 contained in Annexure- 14 by the Special Secretary respondent No 2 by which he dismissed the appeal of the petitioner saying that the petitioner has not come against any order passed by the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board respondent No. 4.

(B). Respondent Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board may be further directed to approve the appointment of teachers of primary cum Middle Sanskrit Vidyalaya, Sukhari Tola, Karma communicated vide NAMIKA contained in Annexure-10 and 13 and after so approval they (Sanskrit Shiksha Board respondents) may be directed for payment of their salary.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to file representation before respondent no. 5 for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file such application before respondent no.5 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event, if such application is filed within the said stipulated period, respondent no.5 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
