The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bettiah Mufassil Manuapul P.S. Case No. 244 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341,324, 307 and 379/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The allegation of assault by Bhala is against petitioner No. 1. so far as the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, there is general and

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners 2 and 3, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Mufassil Manuapul P.S. Case No. 244 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.

So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, his prayer is rejected. However, the court below is directed to dispose of his application for regular bail on surrender on the same day without being prejudiced by rejection of his application for anticipatory bail.
