The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 12.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13715 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 258 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna. The petitioner was directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 12.04.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to mistake in the last para of the order dated 12.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13715 of 2018, 'Special Judge, Excise

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30048 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 Act, Jamui' has wrongly been typed in place of 'Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna'. Due to that very reason, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below in time. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for further six weeks' time so that the petitioner could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below. Further, in the last para of order dated 12.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13715 of 2018, 'Special Judge, Excise Act, Jamui' be read as 'Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna'.

The order dated 12.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13715 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
