1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2),190,126(2),117(20,109(1),351(2),76 of the B.N.S.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 has antecedent of three cases and petitioner no.2 is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 24.06.2025 at 7.30 P.M. on hearing cry of his brother, the informant came to the place of occurrence and saw nine named accused persons including the petitioners abusing his brother

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75630 of 2025(2) dt.11-12-2025 2/3 and were assaulting him. Further, Bajrangi, Shubham and Gulshan assaulted his bother causing injury on head, thereafter accused also assaulted Sudhir and Punam and Ranjit acted inappropriately with Punam.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioners rather allegation against them are general and omnibus in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Pipariya P. S. Case No.61 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.

7. The application stands allowed.
