2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 337, 338, 504, 506 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He has assaulted the deceased on his head. He is in jail since 03.08.2023.

4.Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
