The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No.331 of 2019 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is allegation that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, who is in custody since 22.08.2019, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. The prayer for bail is rejected. The Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to frame charges and proceed with the trial expeditiously.
