Yadav submits that that the Department has taken up sanction of medical reimbursement of the amount of Rs. 7,000/- for which voucher was made available by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure3, submitted by him, bears a receiving at least with respect to vouchers for an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-. Copies of the vouchers, however are not on record.
Patna High Court CWJC No.1290 of 2023(3) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 For availing medical reimbursement the petitioner may submit his application, with vouchers before the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, Aurangabad (respondent No. 4). If the same is submitted within 4 weeks, the respondent No. 4 would be obliged to pass reasoned and speaking order thereupon and to take steps for ensuring payment of amount found due to the petitioner, within 3 months thereafter.
