In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.302 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that accused persons including the petitioner have surrounded the victim and caused serious injury by farsa.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not
