The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the earlier petition (Cr. Misc. No. 13859 of 2018) though this Court has granted bail, but, there are some error in the cause title that occurred on account of wrong address given in the bail application itself.

The petitioners 1 to 3 are residents of village Baraw, P.S. Nokha, district Rohtas, and petitioners 4 and 5 are residents of village Inratiya Karup, P.S. Sasaram, district Rohtas.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35214 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 Accordingly, the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 13859 of 2018 is modified to the aforesaid extent and the time for surrendering is extended by four weeks from today. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Shamshad/- U √ T √
