2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belhar (Khesar) P.S. Case No. 48/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the F.I.R., it appears that initially in the F.I.R., the assailants were Nikhil Sharma, Bikram Sharma and Aman Sharma and subsequently, the name of the petitioner has been added as the assailant of the deceased. It appears that the addition of the petitioner as an assailant of the deceased is an afterthought. The petitioner is in jail since 27.02.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
