2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 , 109, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ) (3) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. on 12.09.2025 this petitioner, assaulted informant, by means of butt of pistol.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the parties are agnates and due to petty dispute , a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between them. The present case is counter blast of Masaurhi P S Case No. 747 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025 which was lodged by co-accused Shama Parveen against informant and others. Nature of injury has not

Considering the backdrop of the case , relationship between the parties, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Masaurhi in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 748 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS. 2023 .
