The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2017 registered under Sections 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the name of the petitioners transpired in course of investigation and the police may require their custodial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29905 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 interrogation and identification through test identification parade, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Their application is rejected.
