The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 25.920 liters of illicit liquor from besides the road.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
