JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 10.4.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 14127 of 2018 by which while disposing of the application petitioner was directed to surrender within a period of six weeks along a Bank Draft of Rs.1,35,125/- out of total amount of Rs.4,35,125/-. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no amount has been deposited by the petitioner.

Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order.

However, if petitioner surrenders within a further period of four weeks from the receipt of this order along with a Bank Draft of Rs.1,35,125/- the court below shall release him on provisional bail on the condition that petitioner will deposit rest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34739 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 amount of Rs.3,00,000/- in three equal instalments on monthly basis on or before 7th of every month, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled and if total amount is deposited, as per direction, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be confirmed. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
