The informant has already appeared in the present case, where, today no one appear on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.181 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 493, 498A, 341, 323, 313, 504, 506/34 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80001 of 2023(4) dt.18-03-2024 2/3 Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 4.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have ousted the informant from matrimonial house, where, demand of dowry of Rs.5,00,000/- was also made.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not married with the O.P. No.2, namely, Seema Kumari, where, informant is legally wedded wife of one Sri Kanhaiyalal, S/o Shreekrishn, R/o Malpur, Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh and in support of the submission petitioner has annexed Aadhar Card and Voter ID of informant at Annexure No.2 and 2/1 of the present bail petition. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.07.2023. 6.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.181 of 2022 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties
