2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 336/2025 dated 10.07.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 126(2), 115(2), 85, 89 read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the co-accused persons are alleged to have tortured the informant mentally and physically due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners who are the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant. The petitioners neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the informant. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 336/2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
7. This application stands allowed.
