The instant application in the nature of Public Interest Litigation has been filed by the petitioner praying therein for directing the respondents to set up a high level enquiry to stop plundering of public money in Sitamarhi under the Chief Minister Enterpreneurship Project "Mukhya Mantri Udyami Yojna" for the year 2023-24 and for other reliefs including disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, this Court finds that the petitioner states that large scale financial bungling has been
Patna High Court CWJC No.18885 of 2024(2) dt.12-12-2024 2/2 committed under the scheme in sanction of amounts under the "Mukhya Mantri Udyami Yojna" for the year 2023-24 for upliftment of 30 units in the district of Sitamarhi.

It transpires from the material on record that in support of his statements, the petitioner has only brought on record an order of the Industries Department, Government of Bihar whereby a decision was taken to departmentally proceed against an employee under the Bihar Government Servant (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 2005. The allegations levelled by the petitioner are unsubstantiated and it is for this reason that the prayer in the application is for a direction to the respondents to set up a high level enquiry to enquire into the matter.
5. Having heard the observation of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this application.
