The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 registered under Sections 356, 379, 307 and 414 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner and others stopped the informant, repeatedly assaulted him with knife and took away his bag containing cash and lap-top, I am not inclined to grant
