2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 444 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased died in a suspicious circumstance. Subsequently, during investigation it has come that the granddaughter of the deceased namely, Guriya Kumari and the petitioner were having an affair and they have got the deceased killed. There is no material except the confessional statement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.07.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.
