2. The present petition has been preferred for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17586 of 2024(20) dt.23-07-2026 2/3 following relief/s:
(i) for direction upon the Respondent Departments to grant I.D. and Password and permission to issue Challans with respect to stone Mining Project of Jalwa Quartz, Quartzite (Silica Stone) at Village Bishunpur, District Lakhisarai as the same is not being granted by the Respondent Department despite compliance of all legal requirements in terms of the Bihar Minerals (Concession Prevention of illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules, 2019");
(ii) for holding that the Respondent Department cannot deny grant of I.D. and Password and permission for issuance of Challans to the Petitioner Company merely on a pretext of management dispute within the Directors of the Petitioner Company as the Petitioner company is a legal entity in itself and merely on a complaint raising management dispute, the Petitioner company

(iii) for holding that the Petitioner Company is made to suffer financial losses and the period consumed in arbitrary holding nongrant of I.D. and Password and permission for issuance of Challan to the Petitioner is being reduced from the leased period causing loss of length of period for which lease for mining has been granted to the Petitioner Company, and/or for any other relief(s) for which the Petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts & circumstances of the present case.
2. In this case, on 02.07.2026, an order was passed and the order was peremptory.
3. As the same was not complied, it stood dismissed on 15.07.2026.
