BAJANTHRI) 06-12-2024 Perusal of record shows the Opposite Party-University has invited the petitioner for negotiation on 12.09.2024. However, after participating in such process of negotiation, the petitioner refused to sign while disputing certain minimum wages are not in accordance with law.

02. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to once again approach the concerned University Official and proceed for agreement or whatever be the negotiation read with terms and conditions. The University is hereby directed to take note of minimum wages with reference to the State Government Notification dated 30.09.2024 and proceed for negotiation with petitioner.
03. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to file revival of application in the event of Opposite Party-University ignores the State Government's minimum wages notification dated 30.09.2024.
