Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.728(C) of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 N.I. Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present case has been filed as a counter blast to the complaint Case No.1565 (C) of 2015 filed by the present petitioner as contained in annexure-2. Petitioner had never shown any land to the complainant nor the complainant has given money

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.728(C) of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
