2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that all the accused persons including both petitioners assaulted the informant by means of brick. Petitioner no. 2 is also alleged to have taken out Rs. 32,500/- from the pocket of informant, whereas, co-accused Brajesh Kumar snatched his mobile phone.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury, sustained by the informant, has been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. There is case and counter case. No
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82270 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from the possession or house of the petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the State and informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 381 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
