2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Petitioner is the wife of the deceased against whom the allegation is that she along with the other co-accused persons killed the husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with malafide intention to grab the property of the deceased by the informant. The date of occurrence is 08.02.2023, however, the FIR was lodged on 10.02.2023 and the

No.82222 of 2023(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 same was produced before the learned Magistrate on 27.02.2023 without any explanation of such delay which creates the doubt in the prosecution case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.08.2023 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Sahebganj P.S.
