Case No. 223 of 2017, dated 24.07.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The sister of the informant was done to death. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the husband of the deceased is in jail. It has further been submitted that because of the dispute between the deceased and her husband because of the desire of the deceased to stay at Muzaffarpur which was not being acceded to by her husband, the deceased committed suicide.

Considering the fact that the petitioner/Neelam Devi is the mother-in-law of the deceased, who, at the relevant time, was staying with her husband at Sasaram, she is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
